Thanks TT. I think that I'll let them do it so I don't mess up the max width and shit like that. Plus right now the sun is shining down really bad on my CPU and I can't see shit! Damn I hate 1pm....

Yes, but the owners prefer that the avaters are upload on their site. Just for ease of use and so other sites don't complain about hostboard taking up all the band width.
